Everything property, in one place.

Buy, sell, manage, and understand property — all from a single platform. No juggling apps. No fragmented data. Just the whole picture, whenever you need it.

Property doesn't happen in silos. Your platform shouldn't either.

Most property tools do one thing. One helps you search. Another helps you manage. Another handles contracts. Another tracks your portfolio. Before long, you're logging into five places, cross-referencing spreadsheets, and hoping nothing slips through.

Omni Property brings it together. Sales, insights, communication, property and agency management and administration — one platform, one login, one source of truth.

General

Omni Property is a platform that brings together property search, buying and selling, property management, and portfolio insights in one place. Instead of using multiple apps and websites, you get the full picture from a single login.

Property owners, first-home buyers, investors, landlords, tenants, and property managers. Whether you own one home or manage one hundred properties, the platform adapts to your needs.

Yes. We built Omni Property for both markets from day one. We integrate with local data sources in each country. Features, terminology, and compliance are tailored to each market, while the core platform experience is consistent.

Pricing & Billing

Yes. The Starter plan is free, with no time limit. It includes property search, saved alerts, basic market data, inspection scheduling, and document storage. If your needs grow, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. If you upgrade, you get immediate access to all features in the new plan. If you downgrade, your account adjusts at the end of your billing cycle.

No. We don't believe in them. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no surprise charges.

Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No phone calls required. No retention scripts. We'd love to know why you're leaving so we can improve, but it's entirely your choice.

Data & Security

Very. We use bank-grade encryption for all data, both in transit and at rest. Our platform is hosted in secure, SOC 2-compliant data centres in Australia and the United States. We take your privacy and security seriously.

You control access. You can share specific parts of your account with partners, accountants, property managers, or team members. You set the permissions. No one sees anything unless you allow it.

We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to export anything you need. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Features

Most platforms specialise in one thing — search, management, or analytics. Omni Property brings all three together. This means your data flows between features instead of being trapped in separate tools. It also means one login, one interface, and one support team to contact.

Yes. The Professional plan is designed for property managers and agents who manage properties on behalf of others. You can manage multiple portfolios, assign different access levels, and keep each client's data separate.

Omni Property integrates with major listing platforms and pulls data into your dashboard. We don't host public-facing listings directly. We help you search, track, and manage — not publish.

Yes. We support data import from most major property management and portfolio tracking tools. Our onboarding team can assist with the migration on the Professional plan.

Support

All plans include access to our help centre with detailed guides and tutorials. Essential plan users receive email support with a one-business-day response time. Professional plan users receive priority support with a four-hour response time during business hours.

Professional plan users receive a dedicated onboarding session with our team. We'll help you set up your account, import data, and get comfortable with the platform. For larger teams, we offer custom training packages.

Please do. We build Omni Property based on what our users tell us they need. Feature requests can be submitted through the platform or by emailing our support team. We can't promise everything, but we genuinely listen.

Didn't find your answer?

Our team is ready to help. We respond to every message within one business day.

About

We believe property should be simpler.

Too many platforms. Too much confusion. Too much time spent juggling tools that don't talk to each other. We built Omni Property to change that.

It started with a frustration.

Our founders have spent years working in property, technology, and finance across Australia and the United States. They kept running into the same problem: property is one of the most important parts of people's lives, but the tools available to manage it are fragmented, confusing, and stuck in the past.

One person's property journey — from searching for a home, to buying it, to managing it, to understanding its value over time — was spread across five different platforms. None of them spoke to each other. None of them gave the full picture.

So they decided to build the platform they wished existed.

Omni Property was born from that frustration. A single platform that covers the entire property journey. Clear, modern, and genuinely helpful. Built for two markets. Designed for real people.

What guides everything we build.

01

Clarity over complexity

Property is complicated enough. Our job is to make it clearer, not to add to the noise.

02

Trust through honesty

We say what we mean. Our pricing is upfront. We don't overpromise.

03

Human at the centre

Behind every account is a person — excited, stressed, hopeful, or all three.

04

Building for the long term

We're building a platform people will trust for decades.

Small team. Deep experience.

We're a team of property professionals, engineers, and designers who've worked across real estate, fintech, and consumer platforms. We're distributed across Australia and the United States, which keeps us close to both markets.

We're hiring selectively for people who share our values. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.

Used Service Periods Are Not Refundable

Fees for service periods already used are generally not refundable because of a change of mind, budget change, or decision not to continue.

Cancellations Take Effect at Period End

When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days within the current period.

Legal Rights Are Preserved

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, remedies, guarantees, or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

This summary is provided for convenience. The full policy below explains how we assess payments, cancellations, and refund requests.

1 Scope of This Policy

This Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to Omni Property's website enquiries, subscriptions, service payments, and related commercial engagements, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3 Cancellation Before Service Starts

If you cancel before your subscription begins (for example, during a free trial period before any paid billing starts), no charges will apply and no payment will be taken.

4 Cancellation During Active Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period;
  • No further payments will be charged;
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after the end of your subscription, after which it will be permanently deleted;

  • You may downgrade to a monthly plan at your next renewal if you choose to continue.

6 Upgrade and Downgrade

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refund is provided for the current period.

7 Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • change of mind after subscribing;
  • failure to use the service during the subscription period;
  • partial months or unused days within a billing period;
  • downgrading from an annual to a monthly plan;

Where we are permitted to limit liability or remedies for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee, our liability may be limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

11 Disputes
